Meet Jamie
Jamie graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Communication and has done three years of on-the-job training under Certified Master Inspector, Bill Thompson. Jamie is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and has many additional specialist qualifications in the inspection industry.

Meet Bill
Bill Thompson took ownership of Pacific Inspections in 1991. As a graduate of the Inspector Training Association, Bill has performed over 10,000 inspections and is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) by InterNACHI. His commitment to embracing new technology, such as Thermal Imaging and attention to detail, has made Pacific Inspections into the business it is today. Bill decided it was time to sell the business and transition into a consultant position, and entrusted Jamie Heinkel with the day-to-day operations, and ownership of the company. Bill still does inspections, but now he lends his expertise to Jamie, who is committed to the same level of care that Pacific Inspections has always been about. Bill’s clients should rest easy knowing they are in good hands!
